1 package Raspberry Jell-O
1 pint boiling water
1 large apple
2 egg whites
4 tablespoons sugar
Dissolve a package of Raspberry Jell-O in a pint of boiling water. When cool turn into sherbet glasses, filling them three-quarters full. When firm pile Apple Snow on top.
Apple Snow
For an Apple Snow that is particularly good with Jell-O if served immediately after being made, grate one large apple and fold into the beaten whites of two eggs and four tablespoons sugar.
