Cheese Cube Relish ©1932

Makes 12 half-molds

1 package Lime Jell-O
1 pint warm water
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons vinegar
1 cup cheese, cut in small cubes
1/2 cup sweet pickles, finely chopped

Dissolve Jell-O in warm water. Add salt and vinegar. Chill. When slightly thickened, fold in cheese and pickles. Turn into individual molds, filling them 1/2 full. Chill until firm. Unmold. Serve with cold cuts.
