Cucumber Tang Relish ©1932

Makes 12 half-molds

1 package Lime Jell-O
1 pint warm water
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 cup sour pickles, chopped
Lettuce leaves for serving

Dissolve Jell-O in warm water. Add vinegar. Chill. When slightly thickened, fold in cucumbers and pickles. Turn into molds, filling them 1/2 full. Chill until firm. Unmold on crisp lettuce. Serve with mayonnaise.
