Crimson Crystal Dessert ©1931

Serves 6

1 package Strawberry Jell-O
1-1/2 cups boiling water
12 maraschino cherries, quartered
1/4 cup maraschino cherry juice
Juice of 1 lemon

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add fruit juices. Turn into shallow pan Chill until firm. Cut into cubes. Pile into sherbert glasses with cherries.
