Serves 6
1 package Lemon Jell-O
1 pint boiling water
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Juice and grated rind of 1 large orange
1 cup cream
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add sugar, fruit juices, and rind. Chill until cold and syrupy. Fold in cream, whipped only until thick and shiny, but not stiff. Chill until slightly thickened. Turn into a mold. Chill until firm. Unmold.
