Red Crest Tomato Aspic ©1931

Serves 4

1 package Strawberry Jell-O
2-1/4 cups cooked or canned tomatoes
2-1/4 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1-3/4 teaspoons scraped onion
1-3/4 teaspoons salt
Dash of Cayenne

Dissolve Jell-O in hot tomatoes. Add horseradish, onion, salt, and Cayenne. Force through sieve. Turn into individual molds. Chill until firm. Garnish with Hellmann's Mayonnaise.

May be molding in half-molds for a meat relish, or molded in a ring mold and served with a fresh green vegetable salad pile in center, garnished with Hellmann's Mayonnaise.
